Fluffy Links – Tuesday May 5th 2009

This Sunday Paper summary from Bernie is excellent. Entertaining and informative. Give him a TV show!

Le Cool Dublin, a new online culture/entertainmentguide for Dublin kickstarts on May 14th.

Examiner sums fail. Also reused and knocked down on Drivetime.

New blog dedicated to spread trading and financial investments: SpreadTrader.ie

New website for the Joe Higgins Euro campaign. We need him in the damned Dáil not Europe though.

Kieran McCarthy is a local election candidate in my area. He met Hilary Clinton recently when she was in Shannon. Unlike Palin, she’s been over here a few times for more than a stopover.

OnlineAdvertising.ie are blogging again.

Men doing almost perverse things with bananas.

Even the US Military is getting into social media. They even admit a terrorist in a cave was better than them for using the web. YouTube. Twitter.

Saying that, the FBI are on Twitter and are interacting too. Garda Patrol is so there. In 15 years time.

Ahhh Pat Kenny

via Culch.ie This is a real movie? OMG

The U.S. military have been recruiting via MySpace for a few years now.

  3. Thanks for the link. Joe is standing in the Euro elections as a step towards getting back into the Dail. This election allows him and his campaign to bring their message to all the people of Dublin, and give people throughout the city the chance to strike a real blow against Fianna Fail.

Joe has launched an appeal for support – volunteer, drop leaflets, help on the web, donate money etc. Simply fill in the form at the site.

Simon, it’s real; I have a copy of it. The Daily Mail gave it away free as part of their RomCom DVD collection a while back.
