   Happy to oblige. My mother wouldn’t let me drive with my provisional—my first solo flight was the day after I got my license, 7 months after I turned 17.

   I didn’t even drive home the morning I took the test! If ever there was a cause I could stand by with my eyes open and my conscience free, this is it!

   I’ll shut the fuck up when I get a date for a test I applied for months ago, that proves I can do something I’m already perfectly capable of… driving.
