Issues with installing Notable WordPress plugin

I installed the Notable WordPress plugin yesterday and can’t seem to get it to work at all. Below is the configuration screen which from what I’m reading has some menu missing. Anyone have an idea as to what’s wrong?

    I hate blogs that have like 16 buttons under the post, the hassle of picking one from those little icons. I’d just pick one/two like Technorat or Digg.

    Yeah, a digg and delicious button was mainly what I was thinking.

    I am having an issue too…I have installed, activated and config’ed Notable but when I put posts on my blog none of the icons show up below the posts….I am using WordPress v2.02

    I am new to this so maybe I’m missing something?
