New company/customer relationships

Via Doc Searls comes a post from Nellie Lyde on how a business is influenced massively by its customers.

This type of company is often started by a dissatisfied user.

An example would be Firefox.

I was sure I posted this link before too: Steven Berlin Johnson on how he collates information. This is just uber cool and geeky. I re-read that post yesterday and that’s how I signed up for Simpy.
