Best way to save irish would be to prohibit it – it worked for catholicism and look how successful that turned out to be.

Ps. I used to work in the wine industry and would love to use what I know in a NFP capacity . If you know of a restaurant or wine shop who wants to do tastings – or informal ” wine tasting 101″ and would be willing to support a charity, I would do it. xx
