Optimisation is not the enemy of innovation. This might be true in a professional services company, but in product-led businesses, making things stronger, better cheaper is the core of innovation. Think Toyota, think Ikea just for starters.

Hi Damien!
The Green Party seem to have disappointed a lot of people over a lot of issues: Mr Cuffe certainly disappointed thousands of people on Wednesday October 22nd last outside Leinster House when he apologised to the ‘Pension Protesters’ re his party’s stand on the issue . He took to the speakers platform and , microphone in hand , stated ‘We got it wrong…made a mistake…’ etc – then promptly went back into that institution and voted in favour of the medical card cutbacks!
I left a comment (” ‘Green morality’ lasted 40 steps”) re same on the relevant thread (’Senior Citizens’ Parliament Rally on Medical Cards’) on Indymedia.ie -

- should I have used the figure ‘30′ (as in ‘30 pieces of silver’) instead of the figure ‘40′ ?
