Rick’s last day outdoing Gerry Ryan

It’s Rick’s last day filling in for Gerry Ryan and making the mid-morning quality again. Everyone should email ( rick@rte.ie ) and text in 51552 thanking him and letting his bosses know we appreciate his show. Maybe, just maybe they’ll let him stay there.

    I think he should stay in the morning slot. I actually listened to 2fm all morning and afternoon the last month or so.

    He’s very well suited to the slot in my opinion too. Gerry Ryan has been more suited for the Radio 1 morning slot for years anyways.

    Have only got to listen to the show once over the past two weeks (can’t listen in work) but it’s always really good. I’d be suprised if the audience figures weren’t steady (if not up) for that slot.
