There was a story earlier in the year that one of the staff caught in the Dept of Social Welfare was 'allowed' to resign.... instead of being fired/charged...... Chalk on the radio said that 'some' staff were no longer with the department as a result of abuse of their positions, I wonder what 'no longer with' means???
