		<description>It doesn't seem to be blatant ripping off.  They've been taking my posts as well, but they only put up the first few lines, and it doesn't really bother me too much.

If they took the entire post and re-published it, I'd be seriously pissed off, and I have attacked people in the past about such practices, but I wouldn't consider this to be plagiarism at all.</description>
