I absolutely fell in love with Simian Mobile Disco ever since I saw them for the first time AND heard them for the first time at electric picnic. Was definitely one of the highlights of the weekend for me.
Been a big fan of Justice for a while now. Love the way both bring back the feelings of the old “underground” feel of the genre.
Off to see SMD in London on Friday while there for SES

Do any Mobile DJ’s use real turntables anymore? Or just computers and some speakers? With all the new technology and software out now days, the art of beatmixing has lost some of its value. Much respect to all the DJ’s still doing it old school.
