Gutted – ComReg turn down my job application

Speaking of the telecoms poodle, a little while back I applied for a job with them. Today they sent me a letter saying other people were better qualified and they will be interviewed. Best of luck to them. I’m sure I’ll be “interacting” with them soon enough.

    Maybe they couldn’t believe that you’d be the soul of discretion. Or maybe they thought that you’d be clear, concise and succinct, which would screw up their administrababble. 🙂

    Have you ever put consideration to doing Road works for Cork City Council as a rewarding alternative?

    Do you know if they actually ever hired someone for this position?
    Or did the whole things just dissapear?

    Yeah, he’s been hired. Was an existing ComReg staffer and actually someone that is highly competent. Hope he is left reach his potential.
