I think a lot of the discussion of politics focuses on specific issues (each of them valid concerns) or on the &quot;sport&quot; of electoral politics (&quot;party &lt;i&gt;x&lt;/i&gt; [up &#124; down] &lt;i&gt;n&lt;/i&gt; points in the latest poll&quot;), and not enough on the underlying values and systems of relations between people and what we want them to be and why.</description>
