thanks for reply, just wanted to see what the customer service was like, not always the cheapest price is the way to judge an insurance broker but that definitely helps!!! my wife is with them and has got on fine, i haven't switched yet but will give them a fair shot in August.

Hey Seamus,

Meant to come back here and leave my reply, was just busy with work and stuff..

I'm VERY pleased with insure.ie buddy, i got a qoute fom AXA through them for 1750euro, which i chose cos it was the cheapest i could get, then insure.ie rang me back to say they found me a better deal through Asguard for 1250euro which they put through for me, was delighted!! Received my disc before i even sent off the forms as they received the AXA forms and took my details from that. Got a new Asguard form aswell which i sent off immediately. They rang me 2 days later to see if i was happy with their custom too and just to make sure i was satisfied with everything.

Happy days :)

Hey guys, hasnt been a post in a yr and a half so after reading your comments decided to give my view on it.
Got my car 2 weeks ago (its been parked in the garden since as i just got my license today), shopped around for insurance and as i'm a first time driver things weren't looking too pretty. Eventually came to Insure.ie and was quoted 1780Euro, 525euro up front through credit card and the 6 monthly installments of 219euro per month. Thought that was a great offer so went ahead with it (through AXA). Less than an hour later i got a phone call (from Fiona) of Insure.ie, and guess what, they got me a better deal, will only cost me 1200 - 1250 in the long run which means ill be paying just over a 100euro a month! Posted the forms nearly straight away.

All i have to do now is wait for the postman for the disc :)

The companys been excellent in replying to my questions and calling to inform me of better offers, i would highly recommend them! But we'll just have to wait and see when the discs and info arrive, i might be editing this comment, but fingers crossed that wont be the case!!

Hi Damien

You are on the ball, I ment to put up a comment a few months back and never got round to it. And the fact that Insure.ie gave me 100yoyo to write it, helped (Yea Right). I have since been on to insure.ie in recent months to get quotes for cars other insurance companies would turn their
mask covered noses up to. And they have always come back with decent quotes.

I'm on Insure.ie's side on this. In fact I might apply for a Job there (Not),

No damien it is no coincidence as I did contact Barry this morning after seeing his comments this morning - not to ask him to post a reply on the website but to see if his problems had been dealt with. Barry told me that the issues were sorted and he had put a reply on the site. If I find any comments about insure from customers i will always try to contact them Never to ask for the comment to be deleted, amended, removed, replied to, but only to see if I can resolve the issues they have. We are considering putting something like this on our site if we do it will be totally independent and negative comments will be treated as something we need to sort out internally and the comments will not be interfered with. Transparinsy and honesty Damien

How highly suspicious. Two new comments about Insure.ie within 3 minutes of each other on a very old blog post. Barry and Jonathan, did you agree to both post on here today or was it the biggest coincidence ever?

I would like to come back to my comment made back in the so called summer, Insure.ie came back and sorted it all out for me. I would like to recommened them as an excellent company to deal with and very human when looking for information and advice.

Its a bit a few other companys like SKY would take the same view on Peoples frustrations.
