Fluffy Links – November 22nd 2006

Oh someone doesn’t like our beloved Twenty. Diddums didn’t get his own award. Awww.

A very handy open source flash mp3 player.

A piggy bank moulded from an actual piggy. Pricey though.

The head of Carphone Warehouse has a blog though it was quite silent for the past while when the company was getting a lot of flask about their broadband offering.

Via William Gibson is Zadie Smith’s take on readers and how they are meant to be like musicians interpreting your work more than people being passively entertained. Wonderful viewpoint.

Watch all of Michael Moore’s Roger and Me on Google Video.

Via Eoghan: This scared the crap out of me.

    I don’t like twenty.
    He’s redundant.
    The Swearing Lady is brilliant.

Ha! He’s soooooooo last blog awards tbh!!

I think Twenty still has a place in most people’s hearts, for straight out humour that actually makes a point from time to time, he’s yet to be trumped IMO.

  3. Holy shit, I’m not sleeping tonight after seeing that grinning dwarf robot boy.

I like the idea of Twenty but he hasn’t been on form for a while. Too many bad puns. Some good deeply offensive attacks random targets should sort that out.

If he is out of ideas, he could sub out to Michael Richards who is looking for a new gig. With an obligatory “I’m not a racist”, am I the only person on the planet who found that scene hysterically funny?

Thanks for the link to “Roger and Me”. I’ve always reckoned that, as a movie with my name in the title, I’d better watch it.
