For the laugh I thought I'd use my Nokia N70 to record adhoc bits and pieces on the day e.g. chats over coffee about specific topics.

Then I discovered that the Nokia sound recorder can only record one minute of audio at a time. A phone with a 1GB MMC card, which can record an hour of video but can only record a minute of audio?

And they expect to compete against Apple and co with this?

And don't get me started on the stupid non-standard headphones.

Just about to try out <a href="http://www.killermobile.com/total_recall.html" rel="nofollow">Total Recall</a> which is supposed to not have the 60 second limitation.

I was going to post something on this too, but outside of the tech podcasts (Goldbach and Raftery), what other Irish podcasts are there? I'm not fluent enough in Irish to understand Conn and Jett Loe's podcasts are too long.

Any music, politics (IE.Podcast seems to have finished), arts, comedy, sports podcasts out there from Ireland at all?

It's an idea I've toyed with (podcasting), but, as you say, it just seems like too much work.
