In Dogma Kevin Smith took the piss out of the Catholic Church getting a PR/Marketing overhaul where they came up with the slogan “Catholicism WOW” and the lovely Buddy Christ doll:
Now in 2005 a “gifted” priest came up with the idea of a priest in the style of Neo in the Matrix They wanted to ban Dogma, and then allow this. Funny how the world changes.
