I was doing a search for Jerry Brown and Bill Clinton and the above screen capture showed the result. Its a handy feature. I’m using Mozilla Firebird as my browser and my ip probably shows I’m coming from the states and not Ireland.
what does using mozilla firebird have to do with your ip?
Two different bits of information linked in a sentence using the word ‘and’. I was searching from a work computer with an ip from a range coming from the US. Not the typical irish isp ip.
I was also stating my browser as I have a google search built into it, just in case it was using agent strings and ip addresses to guess who I might be and give me that info.
Actually I’m home now and doing the same search with my computer with an irish isp address I get the same info.
Not sure I like the idea of numbers being listed automatically by Google. But then I’m not an American, so what do I care?
So do you guys just use your blogs as a kind of public IM service? Like, blogs are ghey. No offense like.
